Lehman racks up second defence deal in three months

Lehman Brothers is acting as a financial adviser on a US defence company acquisition for the second time in three months.

The bank is advising Engineered Support Systems, which provides logistical services to the US army, on its $2bn (€1.6bn) acquisition by DRS Technologies, a US defence electronics company.
