Lloyds TSB Private Banking has named Jon Farley as country head for Gibraltar. He will develop the bank's strategy in the territory and manage relationships with government and regulatory bodies. Farley joined Lloyds in 2008 following several years with Barclays Bank, and has since worked in private banking in Asia, Geneva and the US.
