In shock U-turn, London Metal Exchange says CEO Chamberlain to remain in post

The London Metal Exchange boss who was set to depart for a cryptocurrency venture at the end of the month will instead remain in his post

Matthew Chamberlain, the chief executive of the London Metal Exchange who was set to depart for a cryptocurrency venture at the end of the month, will instead remain in his post.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, the LME’s holding company, said in a 27 April statement that Chamberlain would remain with the group.
