Bargain hunters beware: Problems in the London property market run deeper than Brexit.

Shares of real-estate investment trusts that own offices in the UK capital have fallen sharply this year. Most now trade at a roughly 30% discount to underlying book values - a level not seen since the 2011 European debt crisis.
