London’s West End risks running out of new offices

A bumper year for office leasings in London’s West End has left the area with a dwindling supply of new space.

The analysis from Savills follows a warning from fellow property agency GVA — now Avison Young — which said office supply in the City of London is set for a squeeze as construction of new buildings starts to tail off.
