Long-term views offer decade of outperformance

Consultant Towers Watson says investors are on course to outperform indices by two percentage points a year after the payment of fees

New data suggests investors outperform when allowed to take a long-term view by their clients. The evidence has emerged following publication last month of Professor John Kay’s government-commissioned report on long-term investment.
