M&S trustee Norgrove heads new pensions watchdog

David Norgrove, the head of the Marks and Spencer pension trustees, has been named as chairman of the government's new pensions regulator.

Norgrove played a key role in rebuffing Philip Green's £9.1bn (€13bn) bid for M&S in the summer.
