M&G boss eyes more private markets deals after tie-up with Japan’s Dai-ichi Life

A partnership struck between M&G and Japanese insurance group Dai-ichi Life will help the UK-listed savings and investments group pursue more private markets deals, according to chief executive Andrea Rossi.

“This is all about growth”, Rossi told Financial News, after M&G announced on 30 May that Dai-ichi Life will acquire a 15% stake in the London-listed group.
