Man Group’s chief risk officer departs

There have been a number of changes in the hedge fund's senior ranks over the past 12 months with the appointment of new CEO Luke Ellis

The chief risk officer at UK-based hedge fund giant Man Group has left after almost six years in the role.

Jonathan Eliot had overseen corporate and fund risk management at the approximately $80 billion hedge fund manager since January 2011. He left in December, according to a person familiar with the matter.
