Almost all of the large asset managers that suspended trading in real estate funds after the Brexit vote have now reopened the gates

M&G Investments to reopen suspended property fund

M&G Investments has become the latest asset manager to announce it will lift the suspension on its open-ended UK commercial property fund, after a spate of closures following the Brexit vote.

The M&G Property Portfolio will resume trading on November 4, the company said in a statement on October 21. The fund's size was £4.4 billion when trading in it was suspended on July 5, making it the largest of its kind at the time.
