Marex derivatives trader to launch algo start-up

A senior equity derivatives trader at the London-based brokerage has departed to launch his own start-up firm

A senior equity derivatives trader at Marex, the futures brokerage backed by several former Lehman Brothers executives, has departed to launch his own algorithmic trading firm.

Alex Kinsman, who had been with the brokerage since September 2011, left to create his own start-up algo-based trading firm last month. Kinsman confirmed the move. Marex declined to comment.
