Mark-it wins US credit default protection client

Mark-it Partners, the London-based pricing service for credit derivatives and cash credit instruments, has signed up Primus Financial Products, a US company that offers derivative dealers and credit portfolio managers credit default protection, as its latest client.

Primus has signed a two-year agreement with Mark-it, which was launched in January, under which Primus will receive Mark-it's products including daily mark-to-market valuation data for credit default swap positions in return for supplying its credit pricing data to Mark-it each day.
