Marsh & McLennan faces probe on pensions conflict

Marsh & McLennan, the US broker accused of rigging bids to keep insurance costs high, is facing a lawsuit for possible conflicts of interest involving its pension funds.

Keller Rohrback, a Seattle-based law firm, is investigating whether conflicts of interest existed involving Marsh, its Mercer Investment Consulting arm and company stock offered in the two Marsh & McLennan pension schemes.
