Mellon Trust, the third party administration provider, has made three senior appointments in the UK and Ireland.

David Dobinson has been appointed head of fund accounting. He joins the firm from United Assurance, the New Jersey-based assurance firm, where he was investment operations manager. He will oversee all fund accounting operations and ensure that client service levels remain high, according to Mellon.
