Merrill hires head of FX strategy from Goldman

Marcel Kasumovich has left Goldman Sachs to join the fixed income research team at Merrill Lynch as head of G-10 foreign exchange (FX) strategy.

He will be responsible for formulating the bank's G-10 currency forecasts and foreign exchange trading strategies. His work will involve closely with the foreign exchange team, as well as the bank's fixed income, global economics and macro research analysts to develop new products for the bank's clients.
