Merrill Lynch hires wealth quartet

Merrill Lynch has recruited four financial advisers for its private banking division, as investment banks increasingly vie to manage the money of the world's wealthiest individuals.

Merrill has hired Tina Strømlev from Goldman Sachs, while Victor Polak, Mark Tuinman and Floortje de Wind-Maxwell join from Citi.
