Minority shareholders win a round of Orange de-listing row

Minority shareholders in Orange yesterday scored the first point in their fight against France Telecom's plans to de-list its mobile phone subsidiary, when a Paris appeals court suspended the procedure.

The Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the financial regulator, said it had requested the suspension of trading in Orange shares and postponed the de-listing, which was due to take place later this week.
