Morgan Stanley faces age discrimination suit

A disgruntled former managing director at Morgan Stanley has filed a lawsuit claiming age discrimination against the bank and two human resources employees.

Edward Sullivan, 56, filed the suit yesterday, seven months after his employment as a managing director in retail banking was terminated last May. He is claiming that the two human resources executives replaced legitimate evaluations with poison-pen remarks to oust him from his job.
