Morgan Stanley hires international general counsel

Morgan Stanley has hired Keith Clark, the chairman of law firm Clifford Chance, as international general counsel, the latest in a series of high-profile lawyers moving to bulge bracket investment banks recently.

Clark will take up his new post at the start of next year, and he will become a member of Morgan Stanley's European executive committee. He will be based in London. He is already well acquainted with Morgan Stanley, as the US investment bank is a Clifford Chance client.
