Isaak Karaev, founder, chairman and chief executive officer, will replace Tousignant as president. Tousignant's main marketing and business development responsibilities will be added to the existing sales responsibilities held by Gregg Amonette. Amonette takes on the new role of senior vice-president of global sales, marketing and business development.
