Morgan Stanley shuffles investment banking ranks in Europe

US bank moves top European management around

Morgan Stanley’s deal-making machine in Europe is being refitted.

London-based Turowski, who's been in the role since early last year, will become global co-head of Morgan Stanley's sprawling natural-resources group, which comprises oil and gas, metals and mining and power and utilities.
