Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's top internet investment banker, Ruth Porat, is moving to London from New York.

Porat has decided to relocate to London ending the commute across the pond that she had been undertaking for a week every month over the past 18 months. Speaking at an internet conference in California this week, Porat said she was moving to London along with some of her group. She is currently on holiday.
