Morrison & Foerster names new partner in Japan

Morrison & Foerster has announced that Kenji Taneda, a capital markets lawyer, has joined the firm as a corporate partner in its Tokyo office. Taneda has played a role in a number of capital markets transactions in Japan in recent years. He joins Morrison & Foerster from the Tokyo office of Sullivan & Cromwell, where he was a special counsel.
