Deutsche Börse, the German exchange, has hired Roger Müller to replace Heiko Beck as its general counsel and head of legal affairs.

Müller, who will take up the position in April, was previously a director and one of two deputy heads in the equity capital markets legal practice at HVB, Germany's second largest private sector bank, formerly known as HypoVereinsbank.
