Nasdaq recruits Oxley as vice-chairman

Nasdaq has appointed former congressman Michael Oxley, co-author of the controversial Sarbanes-Oxley corporate governance legislation, as vice-chairman of the exchange.

Oxley retired from Congress earlier this year and last week joined law firm Baker Hostetler to work in its public policy practice in Washington.
