NewMedia Spark, the AIM-listed technology venture capitalist, is planning to float some of its portfolio investments next year.

The company said: "We are monitoring exit opportunities carefully, but it would be foolish to exit prematurely from our most successful investments simply to establish higher short-term valuations."
