News in brief: Renault sells Nissan Diesel shares

JP Morgan was sole bookrunner for a placement of 43.6 million shares in Nissan Diesel, a Japanese heavy truck maker, for Renault, the French motor group. The sale raised ¥22.6bn (€163m), with the shares sold at ¥518 – a 6% discount to the previous closing price.
