Stewart Adams has joined State Street Corporation as vice president and head of sales in Scotland and northern England.

Adams, who was most recently head of national accounts at Edinburgh-based Aegon Asset Management, focused on client relationships, new business developments, and sales and marketing efforts. In his new role he reports to John Corcoran, vice president and head of the firm's investor services in Scotland.
