UBS sold €76.5m ($99.1m) worth of shares in Red Electrica, a Spanish power grid operator, for Energias de Portugal, a Portuguese utility, on April 1. The shares, which represented EDP's stake of 3%, were placed at €18.84, a 1.4% discount to the previous close.
