Pimlico Plumbers has revealed plans to spend up to £1m in vaccinating its staff as part of a plan to enforce a “no vaccine, no job” policy. But employment law experts might have something to say about that.

The legal wording on whether companies can mandate that an employee receive a vaccine before coming into work is largely undetermined, but it might be difficult to achieve unless receiving a jab becomes mandatory by law.
