Nokia sale adds to telecoms jitters

Morgan Stanley sold $488m (€556m) worth of shares in Nokia, the Finnish telecoms firm, in a quarter of an hour, adding to investor concerns about the European telecoms sector.

The sale comes ahead of Nokia's first quarter financial results which are due on April 18 and on a day when the DJ Stoxx index of European telecoms shares fell 4.8% to its lowest level since last September.
