Nomura builds with ex-Deutsche Thun-Hohenstein

Nomura, the Japanese bank, has appointed Christian Thun-Hohenstein as co-head of investment banking in Europe. He was head of European investment banking for telecoms, media and technology at Deutsche Bank before leaving last year.

Thun-Hohenstein, who spent eight years at Deutsche Bank, has not been registered as an investment adviser in the UK since leaving Deutsche on January 28, 2004, according to Financial Services Authority records.
