Nomura hires Deutsche’s Aisling as its chief risk officer in London

Nomura has poached a near 20-year veteran of Deutsche Bank to take charge of risk for its European investment bank.

The Japanese bank has named Aisling Doyle as chief risk officer for its investment-banking business in the City, according to a statement. She will report into group chief risk officer, Sotaro Kato, and Jonathan Lewis, the chief executive of Nomura's European business and the group chief administrative officer.
