Nomura has reshuffled its M&A leadership in North America, rearranging the responsibilities of some of its top executives in the region.

The Japanese bank has appointed Mike Hill as interim head of Americas M&A, according to an internal memo viewed by WSJ City and confirmed by a spokeswoman for the bank.
