Non-doms set to flee UK over tax proposals

Fears of a fiercer than expected clampdown on tax privileges for wealthy individuals with non-domiciled residency in the UK will trigger a flight of capital during the winter, according to their advisers.

The exodus will include non-domiciled professionals working in London. "London's supremacy in the capital markets is fragile," warned Robby Hilkowitz, director of Stonehage, a wealth adviser.
