Northill Capital has appointed Darius Berendji and Cathy Jones as partners in the London-based management team. Berendii, involved with the firm since 2010, becomes chief financial officer. He previously worked as finance director at hedge fund and private equity firm Kedge Capital. Jones joins as head of human resources. She was previously a human resources director at BNY Mellon.
