NYSE Euronext's chief financial officer plans to depart the exchange company, the latest high-ranking official to leave ahead of the Big Board parent’s sale to rival IntercontinentalExchange.

Michael Geltzeiler, NYSE's CFO since 2008, will assume the same position with the ADT Corp, a home security company, according to an announcement from ADT early Monday. ADT shares climbed on the news, and recently were up 66 cents at $40.
