Orc Software profits fall 38% in first half

Orc Software, the Swedish trading and risk management software developer, has recorded a 38% drop in profit for the six months to June 30, as financial institutions maintain a cautious approach to technology investment.

Operating income for the period was Skr38m (€4.16m), with an operating margin of 30.8%, down from 45.7% for the first six months of 2002.
