The UK mid-cap broker lands equity capital market mandates to potentially raise over £100 million for two clients

Oriel Securities, the UK mid-cap broker, has secured two equity capital market mandates to potentially raise more than £100 million for corporate broking clients.

The firm has been named as broker to Conviviality Retail, the owner of the Bargain Booze off-licence chain, ahead of its proposed £65 million debut on Aim, the London Stock Exchange's junior listings venue.
