PAI sells French firm to Industri Kapital for €200m

PAI, the French buy-out firm, has made three times its money from its investment in Ceva Santé Animale, a French animal health products company, by selling it to Industri Kapital for €200m ($230m).

In addition to the Swedish private equity firm, the other bidders were international buy-out firms Apax and ABN Amro Capital and French buy-out firms Alpha and Astorg.
