Pennsylvania slams Morgan Stanley 'giveaways'

Head of bonds Juterbock resurfaces at hedge fund

The $26bn (€21.3bn) Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System has added its voice to criticism of Morgan Stanley's "giveaway" pay packages for top executives. It comes just days after California's state controller called on two of the US's biggest pension funds to act.

The Pennsylvania fund wants the bank's board to reform its compensation practices and adopt a majority-vote rule for the election of directors.
