Pepcom joins rush for cable assets

Private equity-backed Pepcom, a media firm, has acquired Kabelfernsehen Munchen ServiCenter, a German cable operator, in a deal worth up to €100m ($129.8m).

The 70% stake in the cable company was sold by German banks HVB, Deutsche Bank and LFA, a Bavarian specialist.
