Perella Weinberg Partners, the advisory and asset management firm, has appointed Daniel Chen as a managing director and head of Asia, based in Beijing. He will work with the firm's partners to try and build its presence in the region. Chen was formerly a senior vice president in the special investment department at the China Investment Corporation.
