Petchey gets £30m as Jarvis goes private

Jarvis Hotels has become the latest UK hotelier to leave the stock market following a £158m (€226m) management buy-out (MBO) by its chairman John Jarvis and chief executive, Richard Thomason

Jarvis and Thomason made the recommended offer through Kayterm, a new company it established with David Andrews and Michael Tunney of Lioncourt Capital, the Irish private equity firm.
