Denmark-based buyout firm Polaris Private Equity has completed its first software deal as it nears a final close of €450 million on its latest fund.

The firm acquired a 65% stake in Danish software company Configit in an auction process held by UBS, according to a spokesman for Polaris. Financial details of the transaction were undisclosed though the firm typically targets acquisitions of between €40 million and €100 million.
