Pressure groups target NAPF members

The National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) has warned its members against possible letter bombardments by pressure groups asking for their statement of investment principles (SIPs).

Government regulations, which came into force on July 4, requires trustees to state the extent to which social, environmental or ethical factors are taken into account in the selection, retention and realisation of investments.
