Deutsche Bank’s funds arm hires former HarbourVest exec

German bank's private equity business manages a portfolio of over 450 funds

Deutsche Bank’s asset management arm has hired a former HarbourVest director to its London office, as the business looks to double the number of financial professionals it employs in the UK over the next five years.

Claudio Siniscalco, who was formerly a principal at fund of funds HarbourVest Partners in London, has joined Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management as joint global head of co-investments, according to a statement from DeAWM today.
