Q&A with EDF's Tom Murray

Two years ago, the corporate partnerships group of the nonprofit Environmental Defense Fund started working with private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. The two organisations issued a joint statement several weeks ago saying that the partnership had resulted in $16m (€11.75m) in savings and prevented more than 25,000 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions at three of KKR’s portfolio companies.

To get a better idea of how the partnership works and find out more, Financial News spoke to Tom Murray, managing director of the corporate partnerships group at EDF.
