Record raises £88m in IPO

Record Currency Management, the foreign exchange manager that has filed to list on the London Stock Exchange, priced its shares at 160p this morning, which gives it a valuation in line with other initial public offerings in the sector despite the market conditions.

Record will raise £88.6m (€124m) in the share offering, valuing the business at £354m, when it starts trading on Monday.
