Reshuffle at BNP Paribas

Baudouin Prot is expected to take up the role of chairman of BNP Paribas, replacing Michel Pébereau, who will be retiring, the Financial Times reported. Prot is Pébereau's trusted lieutenant and has been chief executive since 2003. Jean-Laurent Bonnafé, chief operating officer, is likely to be appointed chief executive.
